Florida State Return Policy
At Blind Weight LLC, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with our products. We strive to provide transparent and fair return policies. Please note that we strive to be compliant with regulations, our return policy fully align with the provisions outlined in Florida State law §501.615. Below, we outline our return policy for your convenience:
1. 10-Day Return Policy: Blind Weight LLC offers a 10-day return policy from the date of receiving your Blind Weight scale. If you decide to return the product within this period, please adhere to the guidelines mentioned below.
2. RETURNS: Packaging Requirement: To receive a full refund, the Blind Weight scale must be returned in its original packaging, including the box. If the scale is returned without its original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
120-Day Warranty Period for Blind Weight scales:
Blind Weight™ offers a 120-day warranty from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period") for its scales, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Coverage
This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship of the Blind Weight™ scale and is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts at the discretion of Blind Weight™. The warranty includes the following conditions:
- The product must have been used as intended and in accordance with the Blind Weight™ user manual.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or use of the product in a manner for which it was not designed.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to exposure to water, liquids, humidity, excessive temperatures, or environmental conditions.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the product being dropped or physically damaged.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facility for inspection. Blind Weight™ will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the buyer if the defect is covered under this warranty. It is recommended that the buyer uses a traceable shipping method to ensure the product's safe return.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the buyer must:
- Contact Blind Weight™ customer service within the Warranty Period to report the defect and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.or confirmation email regarding the matter.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect including images or videos required.
- Return the product to the designated Blind Weight™ facility, as instructed by customer service, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Limitation of Liability
Blind Weight™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. The warranty provided herein is the exclusive warranty given by Blind Weight™ and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Florid, Broward County law. By purchasing and using the Blind Weight™ scale, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
4. Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of return shipping for non-faulty or non-defective returns is not covered by Blind Weight LLC. The client is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the product.
5. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned Blind Weight scale and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the shipping cost is not refundable; only the cost of the scale itself will be refunded.
6. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Request Form. Once we receive your request, our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
